We also offer a new and innovative plated meals service, which utilises the flexibility of frozen meals whilst exploiting the technical benefits of a new 'steam valve' technology. The combination of methods allows maximum flexibility at the point of service to reflect individual appetite and needs. This allows greater interaction during meal service and preserves dignity and choice for patients.
Tillery Valley is delighted to have been associated with the development of leading chef dishes in support of the Better Hospital Food initiative. All our meals are created to reduce salt intake and increase the intake of fruit and vegetables. We are registered with the Department of Health's '5 a day' scheme.
