Patient meal orders can be collated electronically via Patient Line style terminals or through hand held PDA's or simply manually with pen and paper. The menus remain at the bedside so that patients can plan their own meals. This eliminates the cost of menu printing and costly menu card reading devices.
At the point of service the Vive! Health meal system utilises purpose designed Panasonic microwave ovens ensuring that meals are regenerated to the optimum temperature and quality. Every effort is made to remove complexity and ensure that the minimum activity is required to deliver fresh and tasty meals. Tillery Valley provides hands on support for client staff at mobilisation and thorough training to ensure the food service operation is delivered effectively.
Each client site is individually assessed and a training and support package is tailored to meet the needs of the local work force. This includes operational and food handling procedures in the form of a universally understood pictorial guide to the handling, presentation and service of the meals.
