Customer Services:

Les Darlington - Sales Director
Les Joined Tillery Valley in 1987 following 17 years experience with the NHS. Les has responsibility for the continuing growth of sales and the retention of existing business. He is supported by a team of skilled and experienced individuals who share his passion for delivering a quality service.

David Kavanagh - Operational Services Director
David joined Tillery Valley in 1991 following experience in contract management in both commercial and healthcare roles. David brings a wealth of practical NHS and commercial expertise to the business. He has a detailed knowledge of cook chill and cook freeze delivered meal systems and of helping clients to deliver the very best in food service.

Brian Walker - Catering Consultant
Brian joined Tillery Valley in 1998 following 27 years NHS experience. A member of the IoH, IHM & HCA he holds an Advanced Diploma in Management. He is responsible for sales and account management in East London and the Home Counties.

David Dobson - Business Development Manager
A Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality and Honorary Member of the Hospital Caterers Association, David joined Tillery Valley in 1997 from United Leeds Teaching Hospitals where he was Trust Catering & Housekeeping Services Manager. David takes care of our accounts in the North East, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Mark Smith - Catering Consultant
Mark joined Tillery Valley in 2001 following a 20 year career in the NHS and Private Sector as both a former user and producer of delivered meal, he understands the needs of his customers. Mark is responsible for sales and account management in the Midlands and North West.

John Heap - Commercial Sales Manager
John joined Tillery Valley in 1996 and has been actively involved in the development of our offer to the local authority market nationally. His role has since expanded to include sales development and account management in the healthcare and education sectors.

Michelle Brown - Customer Services Manager
Michelle joined Tillery Valley in 1988 and leads the customer services team in delivering a high quality service from contract mobilisation through ongoing contract support. Her team process over 1,200 orders each day and are at the front edge of our interface with customers, responding to their daily enquiries.

Manufacturing:

Phil Hall - Site Director
Phil is responsible for all day to day activities on site including manufacturing, technical, engineering, planning, human resources, despatch and logistics. Phil has over 15 years experience in food manufacturing for several blue chip companies supplying both retail and food service across ready meals, cakes, frozen processed vegetables, and sliced meats.

Russell Lane - Low Risk Production Manager
Russell joined Tillery Valley in May 2008 to assume responsibility for low risk food manufacturing. He has 20 years prior experience in various sectors of food manufacturing, supplying Marks and Spencer and other premium food retailers.

Jeff Dunlop - Operations Manager 
Joining Tillery Valley in June 2008, Jeff brings with him a wealth of commercial experience in supply chain and production management, in the latter role supplying Marks and Spencer where the production focus was driven by a demand for consistently high quality. Jeff's role encompasses responsibility for our on site engineering functions.

Technical Support:

Chris Woodbridge - Technical Director
Chris joined the business in October 2008 and is responsible for ensuring the safety, legality and quality of all our products. Chris is a food technical specialist with 16 years experience of supplying major retailers and food service customers with a range of ambient, chilled and frozen products.

Anne Donelan - Dietetic Services Manager
Widely known and respected by her peers, Anne provides nutrition services and information directly, or by working through our technical, sales and product development teams. Her role enables Tillery Valley clients to offer consistent and reliable meal services to their customers. She joined Tillery Valley in 1996.

Julie Lardie - Food Service Development Dietitian
Julie joined Tillery Valley in July 2010 to strengthen the nutrition and dietetics team. She brings with her a sound knowledge of the operational demands encountered when implementing and providing quality delivered meal services for hospital patients.
