Our extensive product range provides a varied and interesting mix of meals that enable our clients to cater for the various nutritional needs of their service users and customers.  Our internal nutritional standards are based on 'The Nutrition & Hydration Digest - Improving Outcomes through Food & Beverage Services' (British Dietetic Association, 2012).  We provide simple dietary codings which are designed to provide a first impression of dietary suitability for menu planning and aim to meet the more usual special diet requirements e.g. energy dense, balanced choice, soft, gluten free and vegetarian.

Our product development is focused on areas of texture modification, vegan, energy dense, renal and gluten free meals. Our dietitian works closely with our sales consultants and technical team to provide expertise that enables clients to achieve the best possible meal service.
