Phil Hall - Divisional Director
Phil joined Tillery Valley in 2008, with almost 20 years experience in food manufacturing for several blue chip companies. He is responsible for all day to day activities of the site.

Charles Shepherd – Sales & Marketing Director
Charles is responsible for all customer facing issues including customer services.

Darren Mills - Purchasing Manager
Darren moved to the food industry after several years in revenue protection. He joined Tillery Valley from Premier Foods in 2008, with responsibility for the purchasing team.

Cath Lillow - Technical Director
Cath has worked across all aspects of technical services. As Technical Director she leads both the Technical and Development teams, ensuring the safety, quality and legality of all our products. Cath is also responsible for the development of Tillery Valley's ongoing environmental initiatives.

Suzanne Harris - Head of Finance
Suzanne joined Tillery Valley in 2011 with a finance background in food manufacturing and healthcare. Suzanne leads the finance team on site.

Rebecca Lowe - Dietitian
Rebecca joined Tillery Valley in March 2015. She previously gained a wide range of experience from working in the NHS with both adult and paediatric services therefore has first hand knowledge of the importance of meal services for hospital patients.
