Million Makers Challenge - 'Every little helps'
We are a team of eight people working for Tillery Valley who have come together to try to raise £10,000 as part of the Million Makers challenge for the Prince’s Trust.
The Prince’s Trust helped over 3,000 young people in Wales this year to get back into education, training and employment.
Any donation to this great cause can help make a difference to a young life.

Training at Tillery Valley
Over the next 18 months, we are working with the Welsh Assembly Government and Stratum Learning to develop and up skill the workforce, through Skills Growth Wales.  We will be training all our employees in Operational Effectiveness to help them gain a further understanding of the business and what every department does. We will also be training them in lean manufacturing to drive efficiencies and providing them with skills to improve communication, team working and time management.  For those with supervisory skills there will also be the opportunity to develop their managerial and supervisory skills.
We are Investors in People accredited and this will help us maintain that award.
